Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • All tools and accessories must be included.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for physical return. In most cases, we will issue a refund based on photo evidence.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If your cancellation request is accepted before processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Please allow some time for your bank or card company to process the refund.
